Halex Lasso Golf / Bean Bag Toss Games Review

I was really excited to have these new backyard games, and took them out to set them up as soon as they arrived. unfortunately one of the bars on the lasso golf set (hollow, plastic bars...) broke the first time we played, when one of the lasso's hit it. With a game where the very intention is to throw one piece at the other piece it seems to me like the piece you're throwing at should be sturdy enough to get hit without breaking. The lasso golf set I'd give half a star or 1 star, but the bean bag toss game is fine.

OGIO Syncro Cart Bag Review

This is a great bag if you use either a walking cart or riding cart on any given day. It has every feature that you need and as always the OGIO quality is hard to beat. After shoulder surgery it was obvious that my days carry a stand bag even with dual shoulder strap system were over, and at 60 I didn't need to carry all that weight. I invested in a Clicgear 2 push cart (which is great, get one) but using my stand bag on the cart wasn't cutting it. I did my research at several retail and pro shops, and liked this bag the best. And like so many of us do, while its nice to touch and feel at a retail store to make our selection choice, I always price things out at Amazon and other on-line vendors. Saved $25 and tax vs the best retail store price and of course free shipping here at Amazon made the choice very easy. I really like the Uniter 15 club top with full length club dividers. When I switch to a riding cart the Uniter top is very easy to switch the orientation of the clubs so my woods are in the back because the top is pretty much equal front to back and in height. I really like having the separate putter tube its very handy and keeps your putter head from banging on your graphite shafts. The wet/dry isolation chamber has a 2 separate pockets inside for your cell phone, wallet or whatever and when you get caught in a downpour its nice to know my skycaddie is in a waterproof area in the bag. The construction of this bag is a wire frame much like a stand bag verses a plastic tube on most cart bags, but it is very sturdy, and makes sense since this bag was designed for both push carts and riding carts. The hydration pocket is just that, an external sleeve that will hold one large or small bottle. The side pockets are roomy on this bag so I usually pack a few bottles of Gatorade and a re-freezable ice pack in a zip lock baggie, stays cold the whole day. The TORQ Strap is great when using a riding cart and the zipper less ball bag is a nice touch. All in all if you are like me, either in a riding cart or using a push cart this is the bag for you.

Various Brands Optic Yellow Mixed Recycled Golf Balls, 48 Pack w/mesh bag Review

OK you older duffers, high handicappers, and those that play into the late day - this is a nice mix of balls that I lose just as readily as more expensive balls, but notice no appreciable performance differences. What is more, I don't lose them in the clouds, and find them much easier to see on the occasional fairway I hit, and MUCH easier to see in the rough (or worse). Some people claim they are harder to see optic yellow balls in the leaves, I disagree. Great ball bag too!

Look it, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on set of expensive clubs were you pay 20% just for the name on the side that matches your favorite golfer on TV using those clubs,(of course they are using those clubs because they are being paid to use them)and you want a good quality set where your not wasting your money later regretting the purchase, these are simply the clubs for you!

I have used the hell out of these clubs for the past three weeks. I have gone to the driving range 4 days a week plus time most every night in the back yard. If you are inquiring about these clubs then your obviously not a scratch golfer and like most, want something to improve your game and also have a quality set to depend on. Now that sounded like a lot to me when I researched these clubs because of the price. If it sounds too good to be true...

I can say without hesitation after receiving these clubs and just holding them in my hands, I had got a steal. I could not and still can not believe the quality of these clubs.The irons are awesome. A beautiful stainless steel jacket on the head that has excellent balance and weight, not to mention they are quite striking to look at.(though you will soon be roughing them up on the course hopefully!)They look a lot like Taylor Made Burner irons.

The two Hybrids are beautiful and well made. These clubs I am still getting used to. The driver is out of this world. I mean again, for the price, I just can't believe they offer these awesome irons, two hybrids and then you get to the two woods. The 460cc titanium driver rocks! End of story. It added 20 to 30 yards to the distance of my drive but more importantly gave me a bigger sweet spot and a lot of my drives now go straight where before they would hook and slice. You also get a 3 wood as well. Just as nice. Of course you get an equally awesome wedge that I love using along with a really nice well made putter. The head covers come with the bag

The bag is really nice. Again, I can not stress enough the quality of the combination of irons, woods, hybrids, putter and bag for the ridiculous low price! The bag is full of pockets, you will not need more room and has great looks. If I have any complaints at all they are minuscule. The only thing I could say, and again who cares cause you are essentially getting a garage sale price would be tiny flaws that you have to squint to see were the forging is done and maybe some microscopic swirl marks on the black finish of the woods and hybrids but again, you really have to stick it up to your eyeball to see it.

In summary, this set is a freaking steal! Great quality, has improved my game 500%. Beautiful to look at, great feel, great quality and overall the best deal I've been involved with in quite some time. If your name is not on the 500 golfers in the world, then I recommend this set highly!

I'm not a die hard disc golfer by any means, but I love the game and this bag is perfect to carry what discs I have.It's made well and has enough pockets for everything you could possibly need (keys, cell phone, towell, etc).It holds about 10-12 discs, a putter or two and a mini or two. It's been very durable and the "feet" on the bottom are great! They keep the bag from getting wet or dirty and it hasn't turned over on me yet.The pockets on the end are slightly raised too, so that they don't touch the ground either.This may sound petty, but I love the colors! GolfLogix Golf Bag Case With Caribiner Clip Review

I am very happy with my GolfLogix GPS system. Many of my friends have the SkyCaddie and my GolfLogix is at least equal to theirs. Usually we are all within 2 yards of each other with the GolfLogix more closely matching
the GPS systems in the golf carts. I highly recommend it. I did not purchase the color screen and don't recommend it unless you really need it. It took about 15 minutes to download 20 of the courses I play. Did not find any missing courses. When I show up at a course, I just turn on my GolfLogix and within 10 minutes it has located the course and goes to the first hole. No scrolling necessary. Have used the same 4 AA batteries for the past 4 rounds and they are still not drained. You can also use rechargeble batteries. Nice feature.

Intech Tri Trac 3-Wheel Pull Golf Cart Review

Got mine for a song at a local K's merchandise, and it's fine. It's no pneumatic-spoked-tire Bag Boy, but you're not paying that price, either. I'd prefer a "drink cup" to the special water bottle they provide, but that's a small quibble. The pencil holder design is a little poor, as is the score card holder. As far as pushing/pulling the cart goes, it does nicely. The non-detachable, fold-under third wheel is clever and time-saving. I like this cart much more than this review comes across. As soon as I can make mine stop pulling to the left, I'll REALLY like it!

About Bag Boy
The first Bag Boy cart was designed and made by Bruce Williamson in Portland, Oregon in 1945. The original golf cart was made out of two lawn mower wheels with flat tires mounted on an up-and-down folding, spring-suspension chassis, which could be attached to a standard golf bag. Following this original concept, Bruce Williamson and his partner, E. Roy Jarman formed the Jarman-Williamson Company in 1946 and manufactured these basic carts from sand castings and aluminum tubing. To make the cart last longer and keep it free from expensive repairs, all the parts were designed to be bolted together making it possible to easily replace damaged parts. Die-castings were introduced into the manufacturing process in 1947 and round-shaped zero pressure tires on dish wheels were added to the up-and-down folding chassis mechanism.
In 1957, Bruce Williamson sold his interest to Roy Jarman, but the company name was retained until 1967 when it was changed to The Jarman Company. By then, the company was marketing its own golf bag, the Cart-Mate, which was designed to attach to the Bag Boy cart by means of a few part changes. With continuous improvement in both design and methods in all products and procedures, the Bag Boy Company had grown to be international in scope. In 1993, AMF Industries bought The Bag Boy Company and relocated it to Richmond, Virginia making it a division of The Ben Hogan Company. When the Hogan Company was sold to Spalding in 1997, a small group of managers and employees, along with the current owner, held The Bag Boy Company out of the sale to run as a stand alone company.

SKLZ Rick Smith Smash Bag - Impact Training Product Review

I was originally looking at a Callaway branded impact bag but came across this one. It's pretty much the least expensive impact bag I've found so I went for it. The material is pretty beefy and looks like it's going to take a decent pounding. I ended up filling it with old sheets, shirts, leftovers from slutty ex-girlfriends, old underwear, etc.... It's been great, if not for just being able to swing my 6 iron at something while at home. If you're doing the drill properly it will help you feel your club face position at impact. After having used it for a couple hundred swings now, I think I might get more use out of doing what the other reviewer recommended and filling it with bird feed. That would solve the problem of having to reposition the bag after each swing and allow for a better indicator of your club face at impact. FYI - depending on how much you practice, you're going to go through at least 2 per year so cheaper is better. I don't think the other ones that cost more will last any longer.

DGA Gel-Strapz Disc Golf Bag Straps Review

These bag straps are awesome. My husband has a pair and says they are by far the most comfortable bag straps he's ever used (9 years in the sport). I heard that there were some issues with the first batch that were made but that anyone who had any issues with their Gel Strapz received a replacement from the company immediately.

this stand bag is the best one that i have seen to date. it is very light and comfortable to carry. the padding on the shoulder straps is excellent.

there are more than enough pockets to accomodate all of your needs. one of my favorite features on this bag is the rubber coated grab handle on top of the bag. i use this handle ALOT. it is great for repositioning your bag on uneven surfaces and for loading and unloading into your vehicle.

the stand legs are sturdy and fold away very smooth. i had looked at a few other stand bags(max fli, nike, taylormade, ogio and a couple others)and this one was tops on my list. the price was a little bit higher than i had initially wanted to spend ($[...] at Dicks Sporting Goods) but now im sure glad i paid a little extra for this bag.

last but not least, this bag is the best looking bag that i have seen. if you want a great looking bag loaded with features and lightweight, this is the bag for you.

INTECH Golf Travel Cover with Wheels Review

Although I was a little mis-led by the images of this item, which make the bag seem a little more sturdy than it is, I'm still pleased with the purchase.

The zippers, handles, roller-wheels all seem to be made of sturdy materials, and I've used the bag a couple times with good results. It's relatively easy to wheel this through the airport. However, the tiny padlocks that come with the bag are unimpressive -- I can't imagine they truly protect much of anything -- I definitely recommend replacing them with a TSA-approved Master Lock luggage lock.

The top of the bag sort of loses its shape and "hangs" on your club heads a little more than the accompanying pictures would lead you to believe. An uninformed 1st time buyer of a soft case, I actually thought the rounded top of the case was a little more firm, included padding, and would protect clubs from being smushed in an airplane cargo space.Instead the top, like much of the bag is simply a very firm, durable fabric, sort of like a stiffened duffel bag. Padding throughout the bag is really pretty minimal, but is adequate.

I wrapped my club heads with socks to prevent scratches during transport, and I also affixed the rain guard over-top my regular golf bag to help keep the clubs in place. Just like that, I loaded my golf bag in here and felt pretty secure about sending it all on a plane.

Also worth noting that this bag fit a full set of clubs with an oversized Taylormade r7 460 with ease.

Now, my clubs are probably only $500-600 in total value, so if you're travelling with a top-end set I'd probably recommend a firm case.Or, at least a complementing club "spacer" that extends like a small umbrella to the top of the bag and keeps it in shape, helping to preventing the club heads from being bent or mashed while in stow.

But, for the price, this bag is totally worth it.You can hardly rent a decent set of clubs for the same price as this item, and it gives you the much more desirable option of playing with your own clubs while traveling.

Not much I can say about it. I keeps track of strokes. I like that you can subtract if you make a mistake. I just wish it had the abilility to keep score for atleast 2 players.

PALM SPRINGS GOLF Pink/Grey 14 Way Full Length Divider Cart Bag Review

I returned the damaged golf bag via UPS over two weeks ago and have still not received a replacement. I personally had to pay the shipping of over $31.00 as no return label was offered by the seller. My credit card has been billed for $85.99 and still no product. The shipping box was very flimsy (made in China). I have received absolutely no communication to date (9-28) from the seller. I feel it is Amazon's responsibility to get this straightened out. Until it has been rectified, I will not be shopping at Amazon again. If the replacement is not received by September 29th, I will also contact my credit card company.

OGIO - Sliver Stand Bag - 2008 Review

BTW, this is not a stand bag.

Unlike some other "Sunday" bags I have owned, this one can be used when ground is wet at the bottom and the fabric opposite the strap are highly water resistant-your grips do not get wet from laying bag on ground. Really smart design.Design of pockets allows you to easily carry bag on either shoulder.

Light.Comfortable strap.

putter compartment so you do not need headcover for putterWhy it loses one star:

Water bottle pocket takes space away from left side pocket.Only the right side pocket is large enough for a rain jacket.
I wish the pockets were just a bit bigger--can carry a rain suit--but it needs to be highly packable and I put jacket in right pocket and pants in center pocket.

Does not fold down compactly.
A limit of this size bag isthat if you use lots of clubs with headcovers things get very crowded.
I use two woods three hybrids in my 14 club set.with this bag I tend to use 12 clubs max and drop one of the hybrids.
